Also called tea coffee. A slightly long-grain coffee, the taste of Arabica is a mix of slightly sour and slightly bitter, and its watercolor color is light brown. American scientists say that drinking pure Arabica coffee in moderation can reduce the risk of diabetes.
It is also known as Robusta coffee and has a caffeine content of 2-4%. Because the beans are smaller than Arabica and are dried directly without fermentation, the flavor of Robusta coffee is always considered to be darker, more astringent, bitter, and more acidic than Arabica.
It is grown at altitudes less than 600 m above sea level and has a tropical climate, so it is present in more countries (only this type is grown in Vietnam), and its total amount accounts for one-third of world coffee consumption.
Coffee beans, also known as Bi, are round and bean-shaped and have a strong aroma and bitter taste. In particular, the caffeine content of Lori coffee beans is several times higher than Robusta and Arabica coffee beans.
Mocha coffee beans are relatively small, hard, irregularly shaped, and range in color from greenish-yellow to light yellow. It is soft and slightly sour, but when you drink it, it has a very special taste.
There are two main types of cherry coffee: Liberica and Exelsa. The beans are yellow and shiny, and when mixed, have a subtle aroma and slightly sour taste, giving a pleasant and comfortable inspiration.
The taste of Catimor coffee is a combination of the subtle sourness of Timor coffee and the subtle sweetness of Katura coffee. Because of its low caffeine content, Catimor coffee is not very bitter. However, the flavor is still strong and can be confusing when enjoying it.
